Lodha Group - Business Strategy Role

Business Strategy :

- Work with the senior management including Strategy leads and Head of Functions to influence the creation of business plan, business priorities and targets for the business unit.

- Support leadership in driving high powered teams across Luxury & Premier Housing, Mid-Income & Affordable Housing, Industrial & Logistics Park, Rental Assets, Townships projects.

- Translate the strategic goals into implications for the functional departments, so that they can create their operational plans to achieve required targets.

- Get Technology in place to enable various functions to implement the company strategy.

- Manage and review the performance and progress of the business plan or of a function assigned to you.

- Business/ Sales/ Revenue plan formulation in close coordination with various functions including :

a. Internal stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Design, Liaison

b. External stakeholders: Partners, Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Channel Partners etc.
