Business Strategist - Reporting to the Managing Director The person : - High Intellectual and focus will be helping to incubate and rollout new businesses and strategize entry in to new Geography. - Candidates with Investment Banking, Fund Management experience(Domestic/International), will be preferred for the role. - The role will report into the Managing Director - Strong intellectual horsepower with a practical sense of what works in an organizational setting. - High motivation levels with a can do-attitude. - Self starter looking for an exciting and transformational work environment. - Strong communication skills. - Attention to details - Interest in real estate sector required; prior experience in the sector not mandatory. Education and Industry exposure : - MBA from a reputed institution (Top 20 schools worldwide + top Indian schools (IIMs/ ISB), 2004 - 2011 batch preferred, and Post-MBA work experience of minimum 6-15 years. - Should have worked in top tier organizations such as :- - Investment Bank's / Research/Fund Management - McKinsey, BCG, Booz, AT Kearney OR - Part of a Business Strategy group in a leading corporation - Extensive functional expertise with a leading corporate - Ability to deal with various stakeholders.
