Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
2. To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head)
3. To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
4. To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
5. To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
6. To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
7. To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
8. To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
9. To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
10.To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
11. To oversee organization of channel-related events
12. To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
13. To ensure constantly improve channel partner experience
Accountabilities and Activities
- To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects
- To maintain & expand organization’s database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
