Designation : AM/ DM/ Manager - Legal

Experience : 4 - 6 years

Job Description : Part of the non-business development,non-litigation team.

This team handles all legal matters other land acquisition and major litigation.

Areas of work will include :

- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for all internal departments in Procurement, Strategy, Marketing and Sales

- Reviewing financing documentation in connection with all financing transactions entered into by the Group

- Assisting in the expansion of the Group's international business

- Assisting in group restructuring activities

- Advising and responding to legal queries in respect of the day to day business of the Group and Responding to legal notices.
