1. To be the Think-Tank for the Commercial Sales team by constantly developing new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
2. To act as the critical link between Sales and other linked departments
3. To develop sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period
4. To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of the sales team by intelligent sales force allocation
5. To review, plan and execute various incentivisation techniques and procedures
6. To drive and vet alternate sales activities for the segment
7. To ensure compliance & control of sites in the segment by constant monitoring of sales as a function - processes, pricing and deviations from the same
8. To ensure Marketing and Customer Care support for each segment to deliver volumes
9. To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity for the segment
