Project Manager (Head) - Community Development(CSR) - Lodha Foundation  1. Lead, design, develop, pilot and monitor CSR processes and initiatives, aimed at building strong community welfare programs.  2. To develop action plans, processes and practices to ensure that effective training is provided to all employees, to meet the knowledge and skill requirements   3. Responsible for creating an alliance with various stakeholders at Local Level.   4. Work closely with senior management, leading the effort to fulfill the commitment to CSR. Work on strategy, policy development, program development, goal setting, reporting and internal management systems.   5. To develop strategy, processes, and standards for recruiting, selection, and staffing activities   6. Responsible in implementing Capacity Building, Education, Health & Sanitation, Self Help Groups and Community Development Projects   7. Establish strong ground roots within the community for better understanding of actual needs and gauge actual performance of existing programs  The Person:   1. Enthusiastic and willing to take up challenging assignments  2. Hands on approach   3. 2 years of experience in CSR or related industry  4. Team Player  5.
