Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Development Support: Collaborate with our product management team to contribute to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge logistics solutions.

- Share your insights and ideas to shape product roadmaps.

- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements.

- Ensure that these requirements are communicated clearly and comprehensively to our development teams.

- Product Testing: Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee that new features and enhancements meet our rigorous standards for functionality and performance.

- Documentation: Create and maintain essential product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with our valued customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for optimizing our products.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including defining project scope, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

- 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in product management of logistics, or a related field is a must.

- Experience in B2B Product Management will be a plus.

- Strong inclination to work in the SaaS space.

- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- Strong email communication skills.

- Excellent analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
