Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop and implement sourcing strategy to achieve step changes in cost structure. - Identify and develop vendors across categories, especially with a focus on developing partners who can drive innovation and significant cost savings - Partner with cross functional teams on the same. Collaborate with HR, SLP, Facilities and Site teams to establish and streamline systems and processes. - Develop innovative commercial models and negotiate procurement agreements. - Guide and adhere to Procurement plans, ensure transactions as per SOP - Close transactions with Efficiency & accuracy from Vendor and Audit perspective - Work with the Cross functional teams at various locations to advise and facilitate Asset Management - Participate and engage in acquisition, maintenance, leasing, acquiring, AMC's, Disposals, coordinate with finance for updating of records - Manage, guide and lend technical assistance in Warehousing, and transportation for goods. - Implement Procurement automation and help facilitate different teams in the process Specifications: - 7-12 years of experience in driving innovation, sourcing and procurement in a fast paced, challenging environment. - Experience in managing Procurement for mid-size corporate organisations is preferred - Development and implementation of processes / policies / guidelines for Supply Chain - Demonstrated capability of handling complex negotiations. - Pan India experience would be preferred. - Bachelor's degree in commercial functions; Post graduate degree, Supply Chain would be preferred.
