Title: Lead - Brand, Social Media & PR Marketing Role Summary LocoNav is growing exponentially and we are looking for an individual who can develop our Brand at a Global level through Social and Earned Media initiatives. Responsibilities : - Develop Brand Strategy and execute Marketing Plans to meet marketing and business objectives - Strong functional marketing expertise across Brand Communication, Brand Building, Consumer Insights and New Product Development - Ensure effective implementation of Brand Building Initiatives - Develop and execute innovative social media branding initiatives in order to further engage our customer, grow friends/followers, and build loyalty. - Responsible for all communication - both creative and media selection - across all channels. Online creative, social media and also PR. - Work with creative, digital & experiential agencies to create relevant content for building engagement/communication platform and for innovative brand solutions - Regularly monitor market & competitive landscape to evaluate existing & upcoming opportunities/ challenges - Undertake regular progress reviews with key stakeholders - Managing marketing spends with measurable ROI - Drive marketing process for the brand in tune with Global and Compliance Mandates - Ensure effective partnership with external agencies and partners Qualifications & Skills : - 8-12 years of experience of brand marketing - especially B2B, PR and Social media. - Any experience around creating brands from scratch is a bonus - Subject matter expertise in Brand and Social Media marketing - Demonstrated ability to understand consumer / customer insight and attribute to business decision making - Strong analytical / creative skills to navigate through complex data and insights to make well-reasoned conclusions, and translate into sound strategic direction - Stellar presentation & communication skills. - A Self-starter.
