There are over 250 Million commercial vehicles in emerging markets growing at 10% year-on-year. No more than 30% of them have any sort of fleet technology that helps commercial vehicle owners and operators track and control their operations.

Fleet-tech helps increase safety and efficiency - leading to more profit per vehicle - which also contributes to positively impacting climate sustainability.

While a multi-billion dollar industry in developed markets, most fleet owners and operators in emerging markets have limited access to any form of advanced and reliable fleet tech that they can afford.

LocoNav Inc. wants to disrupt this.

Our vision is to democratize access to fleet technology for all commercial vehicles in emerging markets.

We are building an end-to-end ecosystem that partners fleet owners, operators, and drivers in better fleet management through a combination of Al-driven software and IoT devices designed for the network connectivity, price-sensitivity, device variability and language complexity prevalent in emerging markets.

Title : Head Product Marketing (SaaS experience - especially in International Markets - mandatory)

Role Summary :

LocoNav is growing exponentially and we are looking for an individual who can lead the team that creates a bridge between Product, Tech, Strategy, Sales and the larger Marketing Organization. The Product Marketing Leader partners Product teams on Go-to-Market for our various Solutions and their new features in a manner that helps the relevant customer personas achieve rapid adoption and habitual usage.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the market landscape and work with product management, leadership, sales, customer excellence, customer support and strategy teams to develop positioning, value proposition, differentiation, and utility for our solutions.

- Lead the Product marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and partners that differentiates our offerings in each of the countries we operate in.

- Creation and execution of end-to-end marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the larger marketing group, to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide.

- Drive awareness and influence customer adoption of top use cases across customer personas and markets.

- Effectively communicate and engage with our audience across personas.

- Ensure the singularity of our brands' promise, look & feel and tone & manner across every initiative.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 12-15 years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing

- Experience in marketing strategy and execution to stakeholders for SaaS products / services

- Stellar presentation & communication skills.

- Understanding of the complete customer lifecycle and experience in using the right marketing levers to drive discovery, adoption and usage

- A self-starter. Hands on with the attitude to get things done in a fast paced startup environment

- Post Grad (MBA) with a B.Tech / Engg background

- Experience in international marketing is preferred.
