- He/she will be expected to own end to end brand awareness, demand/ lead generation for business verticals.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segment
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving - collaboration
- Develop Sales Collateral development for enterprise marketing - decks, brochures, cases studies, blogs, authored articles, press releases, website content
- Ownership of marketing across different channels - Drive monthly content, campaign calendar and review process- Manage budget and report on ROI
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Editorial mindset - a thorough understanding of content & ability to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Experience in creating content for B2B brand on social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & with Medium, Google analytics, SEO, Google Ads, email
- Essential- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Should be able to work in an unstructured environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing sector, supply chain, procurement (Good to have)
