Manager/Senior Manager - Collections - (4 - 6 years)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily collection process and proactively monitor outstanding account receivables.
- Lead and supervise Collections team.
- Set payment collection goals and targets for the collections team.
- To identify the deviations and keep them into the notification of the Management at the right time.
- Review the interactions of the team with clients to ensure that collections are done according to company policies and regulations, and client experience is not compromised.
- In addition to managing individual and team performance metrics, the Collections Manager will also execute and contribute to strategies for the Collections team to meet and sustain performance to hit the company's portfolio targets.
- Maintain robust relationship with the clients to ensure future payment compliance.
- To engage with sales and credit team and provide proper feedback on portfolio.
- Assist and participate in Internal and External audit reviews and contribute to management responses.
- Building, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
- Maintain and update the master data records for all assigned projects on regular basis.
Requirements:- Effective team player, Communicator & Negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Recovery background, experience in handling unsecured portfolio.
- Hands on experience on TALLY, ERP and Advanced Excel.
