Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performance marketing campaigns across major marketing channels (Google, Facebook, SEO/ ASO, Programmatic, Affiliates, Retargeting, Instagram, etc.).
- Optimizing channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met. Ensure process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency.
- Help create & execute an innovative strategy for lead acquisition and also lead nurturing along with running the accounts.
- Continuously experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI
- Work with the Product team to define the features required for increasing growth and retention. Also, provide regular feedback to the team.
- Interface with key stakeholders in order to plan and execute campaigns.
- Provide clear and actionable insights to the business stakeholders.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology MBA preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience handling performance/ growth marketing. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of marketing strategy & Channels.
- Having a thorough understanding of web/app-based businesses and knowledge of MS Excel would be a plus.
- Additionally, if you have excellent reasoning and data analysis skills then you would be a person of interest.
