Manager-Partnership Sales Location:Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi Roles and Responsibilities: - Generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets through partnerships. - Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders, such as potential partners' executives and leaders, to communicate the value of our product in forging partnerships. - Identifying potential partnership leads, pitching our products, and providing product demonstrations. - Collaborating with potential partners to establish trial accounts if necessary. - Developing partnership proposals and ensuring successful deal closures. - Keeping potential partners informed about any new product developments. - Managing the end-to-end partnership sales process and maintaining clear visibility of the partnership pipeline for the leadership team. - Real-time updates on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track partnership leads. - Identifying new channels and opportunities for partnership sales. - Collaborating closely with internal teams, including inside sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve partnership sales targets. - Providing potential partners with insights into industry trends and innovative solutions to address challenges within their ecosystem. - Partnering with the marketing team to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to support partnership growth objectives. Skills and educational requirements: - 5 to 8 years of demonstrated leadership experience in partnership sales for a B2B SaaS platform. - A proactive, energetic, and assertive sales professional with a focus on partnership development. - Experience within the digital marketing ecosystem or a background in selling social and automation platforms. - A deep understanding of partnership sales and marketing principles. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. - A master's degree would be a prerequisite for this position.
