Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for tech hires, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

- Monitor and maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, recruitment records, and benefits information.

- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee retention and engagement programs.

- Provide support to employees and managers with HR policies and procedures.

- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an IT (Saas) industry.

- Strong knowledge of Labour laws and regulations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience of working with Startup will be an added advantage.
