Location Lead - Recruitment - Services Vertical

TeamLease is looking Bright candidates to lead their services vertical for perm hiring in Hyderabad Location.

- One should have experience in Recruitment Industry

- Must have managed a team

- Must have good understanding of Hyderabad market from recruitment perspective opportunities

- Must have managed clients directly and been able to develop good relationships

Role:

- Would manage Team Targets and develop the location potentials by adding more customers in client list

- Develop appropriate strategies to meet sourcing requirements of various clients at any given time

- Should have the ability to develop other markets in Southern part of India as a growth plan for role

- Should be comfortable to travel to meet clients within and outside state. Travel is minimum and needs based and informative.
