Location Head - Loans - Consumer/Mortgages/Vehicle/SME

- Will be responsible for profitability across products i.e. Consumer Loans, Mortgages, Vehicle Loan, SME Loans in location.

- Will be leading a team or AM/SM.

- Will be responsible for sales and operations pertaining to the products through the team.

- Establishing productive and professional relationships with channel partners and driving sales through them

- Responsible for Vendor development, Vendor management and driving sales through them.

- Kick start and growth of all city operations

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Ensuring organizational effectiveness by showcasing leadership qualities

- Strong communication and analytical skills
