Location Head - Corporate Salary Business - Small Finance Bank

Position: 01, Chennai

- Location head for Chennai and have complete responsibility of growing salary accounts business in the location.

- Will handle full city, in & around Chennai for on boarding new corporates/institutions for sourcing/opening the salary accounts of the corporate's employees.

- Will have 7-10 KAM (key account managers) direct reporting . KAM will be handling direct sourcing and deepening of corporate salary a/c opening from new and existing corporates.

- Target new corporates/edicational institutes/ SMEs/ start-ups/manufacturing units etc for approvshing them to open corporate salary accounts for their employees.

- Do area mapping of the corporates.

- Collect database of newly registered corporates from various sources.

- Handle inter department lead sourcing ( get referals from branches/TASC team/MSE asset team etc) for converting existing relationships for sourcing salary accounts.

- Major focus on new corporate acquisition/empanelment followed by deepening to these acquired corporates to build book.

- Carry out presentations to HR/Finance for explaining the product, build relationship with converted corporates for their FD/CA/Cross Sale of Insurance & SIP.

- Ensure month on month salary upload to all the corporates that are acquired.

- Resolve issues that the corporates may escalate from time to time.

- Achieve the number of empanelment of corporates, number of accounts and value upload.

- Manage and groom the KAMs and assist them for business maximization.
