Location Credit Head - Housing Finance

- Creating Credit related Policies/Underwriting Policies for entire portfolio (Housing Finance - Prime properties)

- Design various credit products for Home loans

- Experience of working in Home Finance credit profile is a must

- Ensure processing of Home Loans applications as per the policy parameters

- Ensuring that the controls and checks are followed as per the defined process

- Ensuring high underwriting quality and processing efficiency

- Implementation of defined processes

- Interacting with sales and risk and providing feedback on the quality of applications sourced
