- Targets - Achieving Sales Volume Leading a team of Relationship Managers and Tele marketing.
- Customer Satisfaction Scores- Managing entire life cycle from Login to Disbursal
- Team Management - Motivating the team, Product Training, promotional activities, Customer- orientation
- Referral Structure - Appointing Referral Agents in the CA, Property Services, Loan Agents Space and generating Given Business Volumes through them
- Builder Relationships - Maintaining Good Relationships with the Builder Fraternity and Familiarizing them with LoanStreet Concept
Experience : 2-6 years of Experience in Financial Services Sales
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate with good Academic Scores- BBA preferred
- MBA in Marketing is also a plus point
Skills :
- Good Communication Skills with a command over English and Regional Language
- Team Handling Abilities
- Hustler- Passionate about getting things done
- Work Ethics should be high and Integrity should be superb
- Ability to find his or her way through situations and highly positive
Compensation : Minimum 6 Lakhs CTC Plus variables have no limits
