Key Deliverables : - Create and update the entity business plan/model - Support management in Business Planning, forecasting and budgeting - Treasury and liquidity management - Asset Liability matching: Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements - Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment - Use hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowing - Assisting management in acquiring equity and debt financing including support for due diligence and rating - Support management in conversations with prospective investors/funders/bankers for raising funds - Liaise with bankers, auditors, regulators - Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure - Cost optimisation analysis in all areas of the company with recommendations - Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management - Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement - Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities - Transaction based finance support to management - Provide Management MIS - Liaise with tech and ops teams Challenges / Complexities : - Maintaining good rapport with external people - Sourcing funds at right timing will be imperative - Generating new and lucrative sources of funding
