Loan Operations Role - Shared Services

- This position is responsible for Loan servicing/Syndication/Bilateral, settlement, cash application, LC, loan booking, funds disbursement). Managing end-to-end loan operations for U.S. / UK

- Partnership and communication skills (Written and verbal)

- Strong controls in transaction approvals. High end understanding of transaction reviews and approval process. Functional expertise in ACBS/LIQ/LS2/. Expertise in reconciliation.

- Ability to prioritize and take effective decision. Accuracy and attention to details

- Strong analytical skills. Metrics management. Proactive in clearing the open items

- Provide process training and refreshers to junior staff. Error tracking and feedback to junior staff

- KOP updation. Attention to detail, delivering high quality output. Setting up process control per requirement. Driving process improvement

- Experience in Loan Servicing/Syndication loan experience/Banking Domain. Ability to work with Team and train /guide new staffs (mandatory)

- Banking & Domain Knowledge Experience

- Excellent Analytical & Problem solving Skills. Internal and external stake holder management
