The Team

The management team, investors and advisors helped build some of the most successful and iconic companies in India and globally. They come from backgrounds including experience with firms such as McKinsey, Visa, Mastercard, JP Morgan, Citigroup, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Macquarie, Accenture, BCG, HSBC, Copal Amba (Moody's), KPMG and educational institutions such as Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, Princeton, MIT, IIM, IIT and ISB.

The Opportunity

You will play a high impact role in a highly disruptive global fintech company and work closely with the management team to shape the company's strategy and assist in fundraising activities.

Your role will involve working closely with the global management team to help scale Loan Frame & CredAcc as the leading small business lender in India and an enterprise lending software company in the US, respectively.

This can be a very exciting opportunity of working directly with the founding team of a fast growing global fintech.

The Role

Corporate strategy & new initiatives:

- Conducting research and analyses on the competition

- Set up dashboards and track operational effectiveness

- Assess company's operational and strategic performance

- Lead new initiatives by developing business plans

- Work with various departments to execute on new initiatives

Financial planning & Analysis:

- Formulate long term financial plan

- Create quarterly and annual budgets to achieve action plans

- Continuous monitoring of key financials and business metrics and communication to relevant stakeholders

- Monitor targets/budgets and course corrections against plan vs. actual, function wise presentation of monthly KPIs, financials and key financial levers

M&A, equity fundraising, investor relations:

- Work strategically with CEO's office to create fundraising strategies, capital needs planning and execute multiple fundraising rounds

- Preparation of financial models, investment pitches and presentations

- Ensure the organization is duly funded for all growth phases

- Manage investor database and enhance investor engagement and relations

- Look for interesting strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred

- US market exposure will be preferred

- 3-8 years of experience in venture capital, fintech, management consulting, fundraising, corporate strategy or strategic planning

- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder

- Knowledge of the fundraising environment and of a range techniques and disciplines which will support

- Outstanding research and analytical abilities

- Excellent presentation skills
