The main purpose of this role is to assume significant responsibility for turning technological visions into reality The Role: Business Analyst - Work closely with founders and senior management to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirement documents - Liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders to get projects executed smoothly and on time - Detail out new feature requirements - how to build, where to build - Identifies opportunities to improve existing business and system processes - Prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements - Create prototype screens using Figma or other prototyping software - Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams - Project manage a number of high impact projects The Ideal Candidate: - Strong experience as a business analyst in a leading Fintech or technology consulting firm - Critically think through requirements, evaluate various options available, analyze costs and benefit of each option - Thorough knowledge of MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ similar tools - Worked in a very fast paced environment across a number of projects - Experience in developing business case, business models, use case and requirement document - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong focus on delivering value - Reliable and high on integrity Why Join Us : We offer a competitive salary, variable bonuses, health insurance.
