We work with all major enterprise clients covering the full spectrum of intracity use cases - Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, BBNow, etc), Food (Swiggy, Zomato, etc), Hyperlocal (Apollo, Licious, etc), Grocery (Reliance, Spencers, ONDC, etc), eCommerce (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, ShipRocket, etc) and Bike Taxi (Uber, Ola, etc).

Scale: We deliver over ~500K orders per day at the last mile across food, e-commerce, grocery, etc on a common tech platform. We have coverage in over 500+ towns nationwide and a fleet of over 20K+ riders.

Strong Tech: We are in a unique position to cross-utilize the delivery boys across different earning opportunities matching the peaks of various use-cases throughout the day. (ex: grocery peaks at 6-8 am, while bike taxi peaks from 8 to 10 am, etc). In addition to this, our supply chain SaaS platforms power over 1M+ shipments per day.

About the role:

As the Senior Product Manager for Rider Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intra-city logistics in India. Your mission will be to enhance the rider experience, expand our rider supply, and optimize operational efficiency. Through strategic vision and product innovation, you will directly influence key growth metrics such as rider acquisition, retention, monetization, and overall satisfaction. This role is not just about managing a product; it's about creating a meaningful impact for thousands of riders and reshaping intra-city logistics.

What You Will Do:

Strategy: Build out the strategy for Rider growth in partnership with Product leaders, Business leaders and inputs from users, conducting competitive analysis, market, and domain research

Delivery: Develop and maintain a balanced roadmap and own outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and other teams to create a unified strategic direction and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Feature Prioritization: Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with LoadShare's strategic goals.

User-Centric Design: Champion the importance of a seamless user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers, deepening your understanding of customer needs through continuous interaction and feedback.

Metric Ownership: Take full responsibility for key product metrics across the product lifecycle, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Need:

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a background in BE Computer Science or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in managing B2C consumer products, with a strong focus on product growth and market competitiveness.

- Advanced skills in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform product strategy and development.

- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, complemented by innovative thinking and the capacity to differentiate in a competitive landscape.

- Experience in high-pressure environments, with a proven track record of delivering significant business impact swiftly and efficiently.

- A commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and market trends, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and align with business strategies.

- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, capable of leading diverse teams and influencing across business levels
