Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: Regional Sales Manager - B2B - The incumbent will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Location : Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Lucknow Job Responsibilities : - New Business Development - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network, and develop an understanding of their business needs and logistics pain points - Develop understanding of the org structure, decision making process and modus operandi of the client organization - Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders/ principals. - Participate in pricing the solution/ service. - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. - Client Retention - Enhance existing relationships. - Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Desired Profile : Experience: 6-10 years, - Working with well-known B2B logistics service providers, OR, - Experience in sourcing logistics for a reputed company, and having interacted with multiple logistics service providers - Experience of managing large enterprise accounts for PTL/FTL logistic solutions. - Experience of heading/leading entire region's BD. - Strong organisational, interpersonal, management and negotiation skills. - Willingness to work in a team. - Proficiency in languages - Regional language, English &amp; Hindi.
