- Loadshare Networks is a technology driven, new age logistics company. We are building an asset light integrated logistics network stitching together SMEs in the logistics sector using a proprietary technology platform.

- Our technology platforms power all legs of transportation for some of Indias largest clients through deep integrations: On intracity logistics, our tech drives Food Delivery, Quick Commerce, ecommerce and Grocery for all the majors. Our intercity technology powers Part Truck Load, Full Truck Load line haul and Warehousing for large enterprises. We also build strong supply facing apps and platforms for digitizing lakhs of Delivery Riders, Fleet Owners and Transporters to build out a fully connected supply chain ecosystem.

- Founded in 2017, we are a Series C startup backed by Tiger Global, Matrix Partners, Stellaris, CDC and other marquee names. Our tech platform handles half a million shipments a day. We believe theres a 20X opportunity ahead of us in the next few years, and tech is at core for helping us capture this opportunity. We are looking for an Engineering Leader to help us scale the technology and team to the next level.

Qualification & Experience:

- You should be a go-getter, very analytical and be able to justify your decisions and approaches with data.

- An innovative personality with ability to define a logical and step by step approach to achieve a lofty goal.

- You should be able to take a complex problem and break it down into smaller digestible chunks, and find practical & simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.

- You should be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity & possess, excellent communication skills.

- You are naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative, analytical and constantly challenging the status quo.

- You should be hands on, high on ownership.

- You should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts & be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning & implementation of techno-operational projects to ensure results are delivered in your projects/accounts handled

- Coordinate frequently with stakeholders across different functions involving operations, sales, product, finance, Biz & analytics.

- Data Interpretation and analytics to monitor the progress of the projects with root causes of problems.

- Proficient in Excel, should be able to monitor KPIs related to SLAs, Tracking performance, identify gaps & conduct root cause analysis.

- Complete ownership of PnL of the account

- Design new processes or optimize existing processes to improve collection, payout, losses, performance & profitability

- Understand business requirements, work on business processes, study and analyse workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications & involve in trouble shooting

- This is going to be a client facing role work closely with clients (New and Existing) to grow the account

- Have strong hold on numbers maintain and track key metrices such as COD liability, PnL, Cost and Gross Margins, ensure timely client invoicing and collections
