Loadshare - Manager - Planning & New Initiatives - IIM/ISB/XLRI/IIT/NIT/BITS

Role and responsibility

- Cross functional role working with the CEO on multiple cross functional initiatives- e.g., explore new initiatives like last mile industry specific solutions, line haul solutions; and overall planning; setting up overall analytics engine for the company; manage hiring, investor interactions

- Mini- CEO role given width of exposure; will transition into one of the key roles in next 6 months as the org matures

Skills required - 

- Highly analytical, strong problem solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of e-commerce logistics preferred; Product role experience in e-commerce a big plus

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

- Ability to define processes and ensure change management

Work experience

- 2-4 years of management consulting experience with the top firms

~ 2-3 years in e-commerce working on supply chain related initiatives is a plus

- Pre MBA experience in development and analytics is a plus

Educational background

- MBA from IIMs/ ISB/ other top tier mgmt schools

- Engineering background from top tier colleges (e.g., IITs, BITS)

Other personal characteristics

- Very flexible to take on multiple roles as the situation demands

- High energy, high tenacity, ability to multi-task

- Loves to take control in ambiguous situations
