Loadshare - Manager - Operations

Role and responsibility:

- Drives LSN Ops, to ensure partners are delivering against SLAs committed, and working with partners to help them improve

- Responsible for managing ground ops in key partner locations, monitoring line haul, geographically spread out across the zone.

Skills Required:

- Understanding logistics operation must

- Highly analytical, strong problem solving skills

- Result oriented - ability to set the right deadlines and deliver them

- Strong communication skill in English, Hindi & regional language

Work Experience:

- ~2 years Ops role in supply chain fulfillment co or logistics industry.

- Calibration: Asst Manager/manager in Delhivery, Bluedart,Ecom Express, Aramex, Safexpress, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal

Educational Background: MBA

Other Personal Characteristics:

- Flexible with working hours

- High energy, high tenacity, ability to multi-task

- Willingness to travel to different locations
