LMS Role - FinTech

About the Company :

The company is a start up in FinTech space backed by the promoters who have successfully built business in internet space which has become Unicorn.

Role Purpose:

Purpose of this role is deliver business results by building a platform that enhances the learning process of the end User & can connect Brokers with Potential Investors for solutions. One will have to support operations in learning management systems. This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of the platform

Key Accountabilities:

Business Strategy:

- Aligns LMS growth strategy and Coordinates with business teams to drive the overall competency growth as per market needs, future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus.

- Should strongly liaison with the business development team for presentation and proposal building. Understand their needs and support proactively with the requisite technology, process, and application showcase

- Should be able to provide innovative/Creative ideas/Solutions to Business for better user learning experience

- Support delivery teams on various projects to have the required multi-discipline LMS team, to ensure Customer Service Delivery Excellence.

Execution:

- Provide expertise within the context of each project in a manner designed to increase the overall LMS knowledge of team members.

- Training and Development for LMS associates.

- Provide Technical support to all kind of Issues raised as part of BAU (Business as Usual).

Performance Evaluation:

- Analyze feedback and performance data from LMS to prioritize revisions for improving the learning effectiveness

- Researching and implementing latest technologies for smooth application performance along with Designing & Architecting Backend. Optimize and Improve Server Architecture for Scaling of Application and Database for better performance. -.

- Maintaining and upgrading customer facing retail products Like Website and API Driven Hybrid Mobile application on Android, Windows and iOS.

- Implement processes to channelize work for faster and better engineering output to business.
