What you'll do:

- A specialist partnering role supporting the implementation of the Group's Reward Strategy for Lloyds Technology Centre

- Ensure successful delivery of Total Reward for Lloyds Technology Centre, including benchmarking, setting competitive pay levels, the annual pay and bonus cycle, benefits and relationships with third parties.

- Deliver reward solutions for Lloyds Technology Centre that are aligned to LBG remuneration principles and policies and enable business success.

- Provide Reward SME consultancy support for Lloyds Technology Centre strategic projects.

- Work with the UK reward centre of excellence experts to provide local insight to inform group wide reward policies.

- Develop a network of colleagues and external advisers, keeping abreast of regulatory/legislative developments and benchmark practice in order to influence policy and strategy development.

What you'll need:

- You'll be an experienced Reward professional with a deep understanding of cash compensation and benefits.

- You're good at managing your time and working within a team to make sure you can work under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines

- You have a proven ability to work and influence senior stakeholders.

- You have strong analytical capability and can use data to inform reward decisions and strategy development, including critical challenge of data

- You have good attention to detail to ensure numbers are correct, and written communications are accurate and informative.
