In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we are seeking a creative and strategic professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager HR. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, driving HR initiatives, providing strategic leadership, and overseeing various key functions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives, driving efficiency, and maximizing value creation. Presentation and Decks Creation: Prepare and create engaging presentations and decks for various HR initiatives and programs. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. Effectively communicate the vision for HR transformation and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and other senior leaders to integrate HR efforts with overall business operations, ensuring alignment and synergy across departments and functions. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of HR initiatives. Regularly report on performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and course correction as needed. Talent Development: Assist in building and developing a high-performing HR team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in the HR industry, with a strong background in strategy, leadership, and innovation roles. - Proven experience in leading HR initiatives within the industry, with a track record of delivering results and driving organizational change. - Strong presentation skills, with experience in creating engaging presentations and decks for various audiences. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Strategic thinker with a creative and analytical mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
