As we continue our relentless pursuit of excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enhancing LTC's reputation as an employer and driving candidate pipelines for our expanding operations. This role is pivotal in positioning LTC as an aspirational employer in Hyderabad and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding and EVP Evolution:


- Apply and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand for the local market, while maintaining consistency with the Group's overall EVP.

- Drive key brand awareness and engagement activities to position Lloyds Technology Centre as an attractive employer.

2. Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Attraction:

- Manage recruitment activities, including the careers site, social content and channels, referral schemes, job boards, and Glassdoor.

- Optimize the effectiveness of these channels to attract top talent.


3. Partnership Management:

- Collaborate with key partners to ensure optimal results across our recruitment efforts.

- Identify opportunities to raise LTC's brand presence locally and nationally through events, sponsorships, and award entries.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR peers in India and the UK.

- Engage with the wider leadership team to align branding and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Understanding: Demonstrated expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing.


- Candidate Attraction: Proficiency in using diverse tools and approaches to drive candidate pipelines.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Leverage data and insights to enhance solutions.

- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with stakeholders across different geographies and third-party partners.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Tech & Data Space: Experience in this domain.


- Project Management: Ability to manage large-scale hiring campaigns (strategy, planning, and delivery).

- Supplier Management: Familiarity with managing external vendors.
