LKSS & Associates - Business Analyst/Power Bi Developer - Financial Analysis & Dashboard Creation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in financial analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, and margin analysis. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to Power BI and SAP, with a proven track record of creating interactive dashboards.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including P&L statements, balance sheets, sales figures, and margin analysis.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Utilize Power BI and SAP to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and dashboard creation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. BE or any degree background is acceptable. The candidates should have 3-4 years of relevant Experience

- Proven experience in financial analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, and margin analysis.

- Strong proficiency in using Power BI and SAP for data visualization and analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
