Business Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Improve end-to-end accounting methods to continuously enhance efficiency

2. Generate and record regular accruals, prepayments, and other accounting transactions.

3. Develop budget plans and forecast future financial/volume outcomes.

4. Oversee audit procedures for existing systems as the primary liaison for external auditors.

5. Manage payroll processing, excise & customs compliances etc

6. Prepare cash flow statements to manage working capital requirements.

7. Prepare & manage overhead budgets

8. Based on state level tax & duty structures, prepare cost cards for brands/skus

Skills:

1. Extensive expertise in business accounting & handled role of finance business partner

2. Ability to utilize Excel and modeling to analyze financial data.

3. Skilled in preparing statutory accounts with precision and accuracy.

4. Successfully managed annual audit procedures.

5. Well-versed in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

6. Experience 5-7 years, some start up experience would be useful
