Job Title: Communication Officer

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communication Officer to join our Marketing & Communication team.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for creative flair.

- The role involves identifying the target audience for our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) products and services and creating effective content strategies to engage them.

- You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital marketing content aligns with our brands identity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a content strategy to engage the BFSI target audience through various digital channels

- Write and proofread high-quality content for marketing collaterals such as social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website content

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content is aligned with our brands identity and messaging

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to ensure that our content remains relevant and effective

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with relevant skills

- Proven work experience as a copywriter, content creator or similar role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy

- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO writing

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp

- A keen eye for detail and creative flair

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Tech Stack:

- Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla

- Social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

- Email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
