Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall brand values


Brand Positioning: Ensure that the positioning is well established and communicated effectively to the target audience


Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities providing insights to refine brand strategy


Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility


Customer Experience: Define, maintain and elevate the customer experience both online and offline, ensuring consistency with the brand image. This includes collaborating on development of the right experience center for offline interactions


Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with other luxury brands, influencers, to enhance brand reputation


Skills Required:


- MBA from Premier Institute with minimum 6 -8 years of experience


- A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury brand management


- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling luxury brands


- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour or and luxury market trends


- Excellent communication skills


- Creative thinking and a passion for luxury products and experiences


- The role will be based out of our Headquarters in Bangalore.
