- Livspace provides online home interior design and renovation - end to end- solution for customers in India. We are currently operating in multiple cities, with aggressive plans to expand our presence across the country. As the interiors industry is pretty fragmented, utilizing our expertise to ensure a good customer experience is our core focus. - With the above context, the role of a Program Manager is very critical. In the B2C segment, with demanding customers, managing the project throughout its life cycle is the key to Livspace's success. - Following the core aspect of any program management role: - Ensuring the project completed within agreed budget, timeline and quality standards. - Ensuring the communication and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders. - Since we are dealing with individual consumers, there are many design changes within the tenure of the project. Hence, the impact of scope changes has to be understood and communicated well with all the stakeholders. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Schedule Management: Preparing the project schedule and carrying out the visits to the site as per the project requirement. Ensuring that the schedule is updated at all times of the project. - Process Management: Ensuring that due process is followed for all projects, including the availability of all POs, drawings, and agreements in place, with the client as well as the vendor; ensuring that agreed TAT is being followed so that projects are on track w.r.t. approved timelines. - PM Tools: Managing the projects allotted, with end to end ownership in both Sales and Project Management tool. - Communication: Handling the communication with all the stakeholders, including driving the decision-making process, so that project timelines and costs are least impacted. - Change Management: Ensuring that there are minimum design changes in an ongoing project. In case of any changes, the same needs to be communicated to all the stakeholders with the impact agreed with them clearly. - Input Management: Ensuring that all the inputs for proper delivery of the project are available from the different stakeholders-including design, sales, and end customer. - Monitoring and Reporting: Managing the day to day execution on-site, along with proper monitoring and sharing of progress and quality reports to ensure that the project is successfully delivered. - Vendor Management: Ensuring that the vendors/service partners are managed for the projects being handled, including their work certification, invoice submission and follow up with finance for the final payment. Ensuring proper negotiations of rates and execution timeline with the vendors. In case of any change of vendor mid-way of any project, proper reconciliation statement needs to be generated and vendor payments are to be settled amicably. - Site Visits: Handling everyday client communication, as needed for the project or as requested by the client, including site visits, facilitating the closure of open design items and providing them a weekly update on the agreed project plan. - Funds Management: Requesting for payment from the customers, in sync with the sales/design team, as per the approved payment milestones. - Quality Checks: Carrying out the quality checks for ongoing site works and ensuring works as per acceptable quality standards. Ensuring that quality reports are being floated to all stakeholders. - HandOver Formalities: Ensuring that all projects are properly handed over to the client, after clearing all snags, getting signed HO forms from the customers, getting project feedbacks from the customer, filing the final documents in the system and ensuring that warranty certificates are issued to the client. - Modular and Catalogue Items Coordination: Ensuring that the project is managed w.r.t. the delivery and installation of all modular and catalog items as per the approved design with the client. - Escalations Management: Managing an escalated site, during the course of the project or handling an already escalated site, with micro-tracking and providing regular updates to the customer and close coordination with all the stakeholders. - Team Management: Handling a team of project executives or project managers, as per the level in the organization, enabling the team to deliver on their routine tasks as well as training the team, as needed. - Legal Coordination: For customers that need to be managed with the support of Livspace legal team, proper coordination with the legal team, including providing project inputs, along with sequence of activities and communication, RCA for the project and a financial summary of the project. Routine coordination with the legal POC and customer to ensure that the project is taken to a logical final conclusion. Skills, Capabilities, and Qualification : Qualification : Candidate should either be: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil / Architect / Interior Designer. Or a fresher from IIT/NIT, NICMAR, RICS Proposed Experience: 2-10 years - Industry knowledge required (Interiors, Modular Furniture (Kitchen/Wardrobe), Architecture, Residential Development). - Candidates with both Residential and Commercial experience can apply. However, preference would be given to residential experience.
