Position: Manager - Strategy

Location: Bangalore

This role includes closely working with the City Leadership on Strategy and Change Management initiatives. Requires to have a keen strategic view with strong business acumen.

Job Description :

Roles and Responsiblilities

- Closely work with the Head of Sales on Go-to market and Market penetration strategy

- Regular analysis of the City's overall performance (Financial, Operational, Marketing, Sales, etc.)

- Continuous monitoring of the health of Design Partner program in the city

- Work with the Central Teams on different roll-outs / Change initiatives in the city (Technology & Process roll-outs)

- Identify red flags in City Operations and propose ways to bridge them (Learning, Process & other Initiatives)

- Understand Market trends by analyzing reports, primary and secondary data and market research

- Support Central Teams on other strategic initiatives and new process development

Skills & Competencies :

- Atleast 1+ year of experience in a Strategic/Analytical role

- Very strong problem solving, problem structuring skills and quantitative abilities

- Excellent data analysis skills (Excel: Formulas, Pivots) and experience in making structured presentations

- Strong Communication skills (verbal & written)
