As Head of Product Supply Operations you will:

- Own the complete category side product supply operations (Planning & Control tower operations, Vendor production ops and warehousing/logistics) with the aim to achieve scalability, predictability and visibility in the complex 'Made to Order' supply chain

- Lead a central team managing critical functions of Planning, Control, Production, Quality & Timely delivery of catalog products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages & Furniture) to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders, across India

- Relationship management of supplier network of 30+ partners, 20+ manufacturing vendors, 10+ warehousing & logistics partners to ensure long term continuity of supply operations

- Build/Design new processes and re-engineer existing ones (eg. supply chain flow redesign, inventory optimization) to improve productivity and ensure all our processes mature to handle exponential growth and complexities

- Build governance mechanisms (monitoring, mapping, tracking & performance improvement) to ensure process compliance at supplier/Warehouse/vendor level, establish processes that facilitates continuous improvement across all functions of supply chain

- Spearhead the implementation of best practices like Lean/JIT/Six Sigma processes to improve consistency, predictability and efficiency to build project delivery capability with a razor sharp focus on reducing manufacturing TAT's and First Time Right (FTR) and First Time Complete (FTC) orders

What you need to know/have :

- Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, train a team of 100+ direct & indirect members including managers & supervisors

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and complex supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)

- Creative thinker with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically

- Experience of developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for complex situations

- Interpersonal and leadership experience, drives for change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion

Ideal candidate profile :

- Post-graduate from a Tier 1 engineering / management school only

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Consulting / Operations / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / E-Commerce domain or unicorn startups

- People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles a must)

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Extremely high level of ownership

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
