As Head of Planning & Control you will:

- Own the control tower function for all category product supply operations (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Storages etc.) with the aim to achieve scalability, predictability and visibility in the complex - Made to Order- supply chain

- Lead a central team of 25+ members managing critical functions of Raw material procurement & fulfillment, Production planning & control, and Order planning & control to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders

- Relationship management of supplier network of 20+ partners and 10+ manufacturing vendors to ensure long term continuity of supply operations

- Build/Design new processes and re-engineer existing ones (eg. supply chain flow redesign, inventory optimization) to improve productivity and ensure all our processes mature to handle exponential growth and complexities

- Build governance mechanisms (monitoring, mapping, tracking & performance improvement) to ensure process compliance at supplier/Warehouse/vendor level, establish processes that facilitates continuous improvement across all functions of supply chain

- Spearhead the implementation of best practices like Lean/JIT/Six Sigma processes to improve consistency, predictability and efficiency to build project delivery capability

What you need to know/have :

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and complex supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)

- Experience of developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for complex situations

- Creative thinker with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically

- Interpersonal and leadership experience, drives for change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion

Ideal candidate profile :

- Post-graduate from a Tier 1 engineering/management school

- 4 years+ of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations/Manufacturing/Consulting/Logistics

- People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles a must)

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Extremely high level of ownership

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
