You will be instrumental in building the next stage of growth avenues at Livspace. You will have end to end responsibilities in building the Broker channel for sourcing customers for interior requirements for their existing and new homes.
Responsibilities:
1. Leverage existing and Build new connections within the Real Estate Agent/Broker community to systematically acquire customers for interior/fitout requirements
2. Build a Process and Value Chain for all stakeholders within the Real Estate Agency cycle.
3. Bring scale to the Lead Generation Channel via B2B Partnerships
4. Optimise the Cost of Acquisition via the Channel
Must Have Requirements:
1. 3-6 years of On-Ground experience in building the Real Estate Agent/Broker channels in the Residential Sector in India.
2. Well connected within the Real estate Agent/Broker community - You must not only know the stakeholders but be capable enough to acquire customers for Livspace via them in a predictable and systematic manner.
Good to Have Requirements:
1. In-depth knowledge of Residential real estate market in atleast one among Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram and Hyderabad. Knowledge of 2 or more city markets will be highly preferred.
2. Connections with Premium Project Real Estate Agents/Brokers is a plus.
