Roles & Responsibilities - To provide management with timely and accurate reports - Setup reports as required by management on various analytical tools like quick sight. - Proactively analyze business metrics and provide management with early insights. - Help management in publishing numbers for various stakeholders and various timelines. - Provide various team members with various different reports on an Adhoc basis. - Setup general sanity around the data and maintain a database of reports. - Identify and rectify issues in the data with the internal teams. Requirements & Qualifications - 2+ years- experience working in Business Analytics - Experience in B2C domain will be preferred, but not required - Experience with basic analytics tools including Quicksight, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Metabase, and Visual Basic - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Superior presentation skills - Proven management and organizational skills - In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making - Ability to navigate the complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
