Qualification: M.Des/ Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics) from IIT, NID Preferred or Equivalent Tier 1 Engineering School. Can consider candidates from Other Tier 2 Product Design/ Technical Architect/ Product Leadership with Relevant Consumer Centricity based Experience of 2-3 Years
Reporting to: Product Head, Livpure Smart Homes
Directly Responsible for: Build Consumer / Customer Excellence in the area of Consumer Experience with focus on improvements in the area of key touchpoints including product design, hardware, IOT, software, app, packaging across Livpure Smart Homes/ Livpure Product Portfolio working on an Omni-channel business strategy.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Upstream Marketing, Product Teams, R&D to ensure that consumer centricity is at the core of any new product/ solutions being developed for the company.
- Gather consumer-oriented feedback on all product related touchpoints (product design, hardware, IoT, software, app, packaging)
- Prioritize and prepare roadmap for areas of improvement on all product related touchpoints
- Drive and coordinate with various product development and execution teams to execute the improvement opportunities
- Build a pipeline of new ideas, new functionalities & features to continuously improve product value proposition, differentiation and innovative ways to delight the customer
- Support with Product Planning and Product Roadmap for projects prioritized
- Work closely with PMO (Project Management & Operations) team to ensure the Product roadmap is executed in a CFT (Cross Functional Team) environment
- Work closely with Marketing & Sales/Service team to ensure the product portfolio is helping the Growth of the business by means of providing product information, inputs for marketing materials, service & sales new product training inputs during GO TO MARKET phase
