Position: Business Finance Manager

Reports into the CEO

Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including recording HR transactions, liaising with finance, and maintaining trackers, internal/external audits.

- Manage invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, NEFT trackers, and conduct regular review meetings for cost tracking.

- Ensure compliance in accounting and audits, aiming for 98% recovery of pending invoices and payments.

- Assist in statutory compliances, computing taxes, issuing certificates, and providing audit details.

- Archive ROC data, including statutory registers, coordinate resolutions, and track ROC Annual Returns.

- Generate MIS reports, prepare cost projections, and analyze P&L reports.

- Follow up on loans, maintain remittance tracking, and calculate ROI on IP/products. Provide projections to the CA.

- Demonstrate mandatory expertise in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, including financial pack preparation.

- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger processes.

- Design and implement systems, policies, and procedures for internal financial control.

- Independently handle GST, TDS, and Income tax assessments.

- Perform advanced financial analyses, use financial modelling for scenario simulation, and present outcomes to the management team.

- Manage the preparation and publication of financial documents, collaborate on funding strategies, and verify financial documents' accuracy.

- Develop or recommend solutions for financial problems or situations.

- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Skills Requirements:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

- Minimum 4 to 8 years of finance and accounting experience.

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Experience with financial management software systems.
