Job Description

As a seasoned Business Finance Manager at LivNSense GreenOps, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights.

Your responsibilities will span across various domains:

1. Finance Data Management:

- Collaborate closely with investors, maintaining accurate records of their investments, transactions, and communication.

- Handle investor queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

2. Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring liquidity and efficient fund utilization.

- Prepare cash flow projections and analyze variances.

3. Financial Projections:

- Develop financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.

4. Foreign Remittance:

- Manage foreign currency transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, and optimize costs.

- Ensure timely and accurate remittances.

5. Fund Flow Analysis:

- Track fund movements within the organization.

- Prepare fund flow statements and analyze capital flows.

6. Auditing and Statutory Compliance:

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company law.

- File necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies.

- Maintain statutory registers and records.

7. IT Filing and Taxation:

- Prepare and file income tax returns.

- Handle tax assessments and appeals.

8. Financial data & Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) data and balance sheets.

9. MIS (Management Information System):

- Generate management reports, highlighting key financial metrics.

- Provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification: You must be a qualified CA with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

- Strong Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with statutory requirements, tax laws, and company regulations.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
