Designation - Director Academic Delivery & Training

Based at - Gurgaon/Noida

Job Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery:

- Heading nationwide Academic Operations, Trainings and Leadership Development for the organization, 750+ franchisee schools and company owned schools with regards to curriculum redesigning, building teacher capacity, and creating out of the box teaching strategies.

- Holding complete ownership of company owned schools for academics, budgets and growth.

- Designing & refining the academic as well as curriculum structure in accordance to benchmark academic standards.

- Performing quality audits for evaluating, monitoring & maintaining academic as well as operational excellence

Training :

- Accountable for training and mentoring business partners, academic mentors, school principals & teachers for academic content, operational success, growth and performance excellence

- Curating training manual and delivering master training sessions on education programme implementation and best practices in education

- Conceiving, designing and delivering 'out of the box' training programs & child development workshops to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirement:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

- Experience of handling large teams

- Exposure to international trends in Education

- Should be comfortable with travelling Pan India
