Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Role:

- Identify business objectives of customers and advise on suitable measurement strategies

- Develop and execute processes for customer acquisition, on-boarding and support

- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

- Work with the product team to identify potential product improvements to enhance customer experience

- Put in place a system for measuring, reporting, and optimizing key user growth metrics

- Work in collaboration with various teams to define and improve sales processes.

Skills:

- Good sense of humor and immense drive to learn and perform in a high-growth environment

- Master's degree in management/ engineering from a premier institute

- 1-5 years of experience of customer acquisition for a product startup

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with hands on experience in MS Excel & Office

- Ready to travel to Regional Offices whenever required

- Expected to work extra hours as per business needs
