Job Description :

LBB is looking for a Product Manager for Growth - someone who works closely with our growth/ marketing, branding and product teams to research, develop and implement growth oriented features and campaigns

What you'll be doing :

- Working across teams to understand growth objectives and align campaign and product roadmaps

- Gathering & challenging requirements and pushing the envelope on experimenting with new tactics

- Keeping a pulse of campaigns & users via analytics to measure & improve our campaigns

- Prioritizing growth related features and releases with a team of marketers, engineers and designers

Required Skills / Must Have :

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market

- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.

- A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.

- Experience with Google Analytics instrumentation & reporting

- Basic understanding of UX design

- Grasp on tech development on app and web

- Understanding of SEO

- Past experience with digital marketing / working with product marketing teams

- Coding experience is a huge bonus

- BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management preferred
