Job Description :

Position : Inside Sales Executive

Brief :

As an inside sales lead, its your responsibility to build the sales pipeline for the sales team. Managing prospect lists and setting up appointments for the sales team are key drivers of your role. You- re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool will be the CRM to make sure we manage leads, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns that will be routed back into the system.

Responsibilities :

- Prospecting - Identifying prospects and new customers in an assigned geographic territory.

- List Management- Create contact list, segment creation

- Email marketing - Manage email communication and drive the communication flowchart

- Cold-calling - Make calls to CXOs across large enterprises for setting appointments

- Lead qualification - Budget, Authority, Need, Time frame (BANT framework)

- Lead nurturing - Manage communication to ensure lead engagement till first meeting

- Appointment setting - Ensuring first meetings are setup with the key stakeholders

- Content marketing - Intelligent communication for both new and existing leads through a designed process to ensure continuous interest

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :

- Ability to learn and articulate solution selling value points.

- Strong presentation and communication (Verbal & Non-verbal)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.

- Proficient with Excel to manage large volume of data

- Strong territory management skills with understanding of business systems and requirement analysis.

- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions

Salary offered : 6-8 LPA
